The challenge sat right under our feet. The floor was finished in ceramic tiling, so a standard grille would look out of place. Our solution was simple. We matched a tile by colour and finish, cut it to the exact size of the vent opening, and secured it flush with the surrounding floor. The result blends in so well that the repair is barely noticeable.
A second vent near the shower received the same treatment. We prepared the opening, fitted the cut tile, and finished the edges neatly. Both areas now sit level, clean, and consistent with the rest of the tiles.
